DATC issues bonds to exchange oversea debts

Vietnam Debt and Asset Trading Corporation (DATC) will issue US$600 million of bonds overseas guaranteed by the Vietnamese Government to restructure the debts of Vietnam Ship Building Group (Vinashin).
